No privacy policy has been written. It is not drafted here because it is not a web-agent task and inventing one would be worse than leaving it empty: this site collects Tulane student email addresses, which makes the obligations concrete rather than boilerplate.

It must cover, at minimum: what is collected (a Tulane email address with each submission), where it is stored, who can see it, how long it is kept, how someone asks for their post or their address to be deleted, and what happens to submissions that are never published.
